The hotel has a convenient location in the heart of the city with easy access from both Corniche and Second Street. The sea view rooms are a definite plus, and the area is safe and clean. However, the room size was disappointingly small for the price paid compared to other options on Soi 10. The complimentary breakfast was not included for third-party bookings, which was a letdown.

The hotel's rooms are terribly small for the price when compared to other options on Soi 10, with a tight space, almost like a bathroom with just the bed and no extra room. The placement of sockets near water sources poses a safety concern due to the compact size. On the bright side, the location overlooking the ocean for breakfast each morning is delightful, especially from sea view rooms, offering easy access from both Corniche and Second Street.

The hotel offers small rooms and the value for money may be lower compared to other options on Soi 10. However, it was cheaper than expected, and having my niece in a nearby room was convenient.

However, the view from the superior deluxe room was lovely. The service was decent overall, and the location was fantastic with easy access to main roads. The dining options were good, especially the rooftop restaurant with a beautiful beach view.
